to University Hills in summer 2027
Rise at University Hills is one of Delwest’s newest communities, under construction on South Albion Street in Denver’s University Hills neighborhood. When complete, the seven-story building will bring 170 apartments to the corner of Albion and Iliff — steps from the light rail, neighborhood grocers, and schools nearby. True to its name, Rise is designed to give residents room to grow.
Unlike most new construction going up in Denver right now, Rise skips studios and one-bedrooms entirely: every home is a two-, three-, or four-bedroom floor plan, built with families in mind. The community is financed through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program, keeping rents below market rate for households earning between 30% and 70% of Area Median Income.
