April was a rewarding month for Delwest! We launched a partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver. Together with them, we will be rolling out dynamic, high quality summer options for kids at Baker School Apartments, Park Hill Station, and The Landing.

We also have 15 of our duplexes that are under our Rent-to-Own program. With a portion of rent turning into a downpayment and implementing our credit score improvement tools, we are hoping many of our residents will become first time homebuyers. This unique opportunity will allow people the chance to purchase a home when it might otherwise be impossible.

Since kids were forced into remote learning at the peak of the pandemic, Delwest has been especially passionate about supporting residents in our affordable, income-restricted properties.
